Four tunnels of ten sections in Kunming rail transit line 4 has been complected

On April 18, the shield tunneling section of kunming metro line 4 from dounan station to jingui street station was successfully completed. At this point, the tunneling task of 4 shield tunneling sections in no.10 of civil engineering construction of line 4 contracted by the fourth company of the ninth bureau of China railway has been successfully completed.
      The total length of the 4 shield sections in civil engineering engineering of no.4 line of kunming rail transit is about 11,963 meters. A total of 3 shield sections of "party pioneer", "youth civilization" and "zhenxing" have been put into construction, which are responsible for the tunneling tasks of the 4 sections of no.4 line. Since its inception, the no.10 shield tunneling has overcome a series of difficulties, such as complex strata tunneling under confined water, silty soil tunneling and hard rock section tunneling, and completed 20 times of shield tunneling and receiving in total. The average tunneling is 14.8 meters per day, 435 meters per month, and the highest tunneling record is 504 meters per month. The shield tunnel section from dounan station to jinguijie station is 819.5 meters long. It has passed through the xingcheng overpass, the viaduct of metro line 1 and other important buildings, and successfully completed the tunneling task of the last section of civil engineering no.10 of kunming rail transit line 4.
       It is reported that at present, two shield tunneling machines have been transferred to kunming rail transit line 5 to continue the shield tunneling task of line 5, and the track laying operation stage has been entered between guangwei station and tami station.
