Chengdu metro line 18 civil engineering 4 shield tunnel section all passed the acceptance

On May 6, the shield tunneling section (right line) at the entrance of longquanshan tunnel at tianfu new station no. 4 in civil engineering of line 18 passed the physical quality stage inspection and acceptance smoothly, indicating that all the works in this area passed the inspection and acceptance.

The shield tunneling section of no.18 civil engineering line no.4 tianfu new station -- longquanshan tunnel entrance is located in the west of longquan mountain range, northwest of hejiang town and west of taihe road. The total length is 735.809m, and 409 rings of lining pipe pieces are used in total. The width is 1.8m.

The interval is also located at a junction between the oil and gas field of su-quay and the three major gulf oil and gas fields. The influence degree is the low hazard area of natural gas and the low gas shield tunneling section.

In order to ensure the smooth tunneling, chengdu metro strictly implemented the 16-word policy of shield tunneling "control underpressure, sufficient grouting, deep measurement, and active protection" in the construction process, and achieved the excellent performance of zero damage, slightly wrong platform, high quality and high efficiency shaped tube segment tunnel.
