On May 9, good news came from China railway 21st bureau group. Recently, lanzhou rail transit line 2, the first phase of dingxi road to wulibu left line tunnel implemented by the bureau rail company was successfully completed, marking a crucial step in shield tunneling.

It is reported that the length of the tunnel from dingxi road to wulipu left line is 661.143 meters. The stratum is complex and diverse, and the tunnel passes through many residential areas, tall buildings and many brick and concrete structures as well as various pipelines.

Since October 8, 2018 to dig, many times in the process of excavation of shield machine cutter head stuck, in order to ensure the high quality, highly effective, safe and complete construction projects, construction project department made the careful construction measures in detail, by using HengDun new mud membrane technique, doing a security shield for the first time under pressure in open knife, and recently left line tunnel through smoothly.
