Shield section of the right line between jingdong avenue station and liangwan station of Nanchang metro line 3 was successfully completed
In the early morning of May 22, 2019, as the cutter plate of the shield tunneling machine slowly drove out of the tunnel, the shield tunneling section of the right line between jingdong avenue station and liangwan station area of nanchang metro line 3 was successfully completed. At this point, line 3 has successfully completed the completion of 17 single tunnel.
The length of the right line between liangwan station and jingdong avenue station area is 916m, the thickness of the tunnel roof covering is 10m ~ 18m, the minimum turning radius of the interval is 800m, the "V" slope is adopted, and the maximum slope is 25‰. The tunnel passes through gaoxin no.4, gaoxin no.5 and gaoxin no.6 successively to the west end of jingdong avenue station. The geology in this area is a full cross-section water-rich sand layer, which is prone to water and sand gushing and difficult to control the attitude of shield. In view of the key and difficult points of interval engineering, experts have been organized to hold special seminars for many times, and practical and efficient construction schemes have been worked out to guide the construction. Since December 15, 2018, the right line shield tunneling machine started from jingdong avenue station. It has overcome difficulties in construction such as water-rich sand layer, local soft and hard tunneling, etc., and passed through the municipal pipeline DN1600*1600 reinforced concrete concourse pipe and other risks in parallel. It took 5 months to complete the tunneling successfully.
