The right line of "lugao" shield tunnel section of hefei rail transit line 5 is completed

On the morning of June 24, the right line of the shield tunnel section from luzhou avenue station of civil engineering no.3 to high-speed railway station of hefei rail transit line 5 was successfully completed, becoming the 26th single-line tunnel of line 5.

The shield section is laid along huafuai avenue. The right line is 800 meters long, the tunnel is 11.45 ~ 27.68 meters deep, and the line spacing is 10.0 ~ 15.0 meters. The shield tunneling machine started from the end well of luzhou avenue station, and received from the middle shield tunneling well after crossing the cross-line access bridge of fanhua avenue. During this period, the shield tunneling machine ran through important municipal pipelines such as gas and sewage for many times, which caused great construction risks.

Since early march shield construction, city rail group led by the contractors actively implement the national, provincial and municipal the requirements about safety in production work, overcome the earthwork sinotrans limited problems such as construction, construction equipment control, ensure the interval linear, strengthen segment acceptance and assembling quality control and the control engineering construction safety and quality level, node task goal smoothly.

Up to now, 23 stations, 1 open-cut section and 1 access section of line 5 have completed the roof sealing of the main structure in 30 stations across the line, 33 shield tunneling machines have been used in the line, 27 shield tunneling machines have been used in the well, and 25 shield tunneling machines have been used for tunneling construction, which has completed 53.2% of the total amount of shield engineering.
