Dalian metro line 5 "dalian no.7" shield machine starts at qingyun street station

July 25, "dalian no.7" shield tunneling machine of line 5 of dalian metro started from qingyun street station and started to dig in the direction of taoyuan station, marking the beginning of the shield tunneling construction stage of line 5 line 02.

"Dalian no. 7" is the first shield machine that started south of the sea area of metro line 5, the first shield machine that tunneled in the quartzite stratum section with full section, and the seventh shield machine that was put into the interval shield method construction by the whole line. "Dalian no. 7" is a earth-pressure balanced shield machine, with the excavation diameter of 6.44 meters, the shield body and the supporting equipment with the total length of about 82 meters, and the weight of about 500 tons.

The whole length of the left line of the taoqing shield tunneling interval is 566 meters. All the strata traversed by the interval are strongly weathered quartzite with high rock strength and the maximum strength reaches 120Mpa. The tunneling speed of the shield tunneling is slow, about 4 rings per day on average. After completion of the tunneling task, "dalian no. 7" will complete the disintegration, assembly and debugging at taoyuan station, and then put into the shield tunnel construction between xiuyujie station and taoyuan station. At the end of August, the right line of taoqing interval will also be qualified for shield tunneling. At that time, "dalian no. 7" and "dalian no. 8" twin stars will embark on a new journey of dual shield tunneling. At present, "dalian no. 8" shield machine, which is carrying out right line tunneling task, is undergoing maintenance.

Qingyun street station shield construction site is small, the available space on the ground is limited, in order to ensure the shield construction needs, the construction personnel have a unique way to make full use of the station "tolerance", cleverly backfill the roof of the station as a pipe piece and other materials storage site, the negative layer of the station structure temporarily separated as a warehouse and maintenance room. It not only effectively solves the problems of limited plane layout on the ground and cross-interference of construction, but also avoids the impact of noise and light pollution caused by maintenance on the life of citizens.

The 02 standard of dalian metro line 5 includes three stations and three sections, namely, xiuyue street station, taoyuan station, qingyun street station, xiuyue street station - taoyuan station, taoyuan station - qingyun street station, qingyun street station - shikui road station.
