The first shield tunnel of shaoxing rail transit line 1 has been completed one month ahead of schedule
On the morning of September 9, the first shield tunneling machine "yuezhou 1" of shaoxing rail transit line 1 project was successfully received at the second ring road north station, which was completed one month ahead of the original plan.
The interval between fenglin road station and erhuan north road station is the first section of line 1 project to be started. Shield tunneling method is adopted for construction. The shield tunneling machine "yueju 1" started from the right line on April 8 this year, with a single line length of 1330 meters. The tunnels in this area are arranged in north-south direction, running through buildings and Bridges along the way from north to south, and through meishan river and various pipelines. The tunneling range of the interval is located in the muddy soft soil area, and there is a small spacing arrangement between the left and right line tunnels, which makes the construction difficult and the safety risk high, and the shield tunneling construction faces great challenges.
Therefore, the municipal rail transit group organized the participating units to carry out expert demonstration and scheme comparison for many times, and finally determined the construction scheme suitable for shaoxing soft soil layer and many undercrossing river channels. Moreover, it fully combined the characteristics of shaoxing region to carry out multiple rounds of optimization on the selection of shield tunneling machine in the early stage, the design of pipe segments and the access of shield tunneling machine to electricity. In particular, during the construction, it has overcome the difficulties of difficult construction and high risk, such as interval bolt clearance, small spacing between the right and left lines, short distance side crossing pile, undercrossing building, and double line tunneling under the meishan river. After 5 months of hard work, the single line is finally connected one month ahead of time. The appearance and quality of the formed tunnel are good, which has accumulated valuable experience for subsequent shield construction. At the same time, the left line tunneling shield machine "yueju 2" between fenglin road station and erhuan north road station will also receive at the end of September, realizing the connection of two lines.
