Chengdu metro line 8 phase I: "dongtong"

There are 25 stations in total, including 14 transfer stations and one vehicle depot. A person in charge of chengdu metro construction company said that the shield construction of line 8 involved 13 major hazards and 213 major hazards. Faced with difficulties, metro builders braved hardships and dangers to adopt BIM technology for modeling in shield construction for the first time, and reasonably divide operational function areas. It is the first time to use the new material to enhance the safety of the tunnel. It was the first time to realize the color-coded management of the construction pipe network in the tunnel and improve the standard level of shield construction in the subway, which lasted 720 days and nights and finally overcome the difficulties.
