New progress has been made in Hefei rail transit line 3, line 4 and line 5

On the morning of October 8, as the cutter of shield machine broke through the last barrier, the left line of shield section of hefei rail transit line 5 qimen road station to tongcheng south road station was successfully completed, becoming the 41st single-line section tunnel of line 5.

The left line of shield section from qimen road station to tongcheng south road station is 1207.973 meters long. It passes through the clay layer, and the shield construction needs to go through multiple risk sources. The city rail group led the participating units to conduct an in-depth investigation of the surrounding environment, fully grasped the construction situation of the bridge and houses under the shield machine, and obtained a practical and feasible special construction plan through expert research and demonstration.

During the construction process, the municipal rail group requires the participating units to monitor the whole process 24 hours a day to ensure the safety and quality of the underpass of the shield machine, and to successfully complete the goal of the tunnel penetration.

Up to now, the main structure of 33 stations on line 3 of CRC has been completely capped, and 56 single-line tunnels have been completed. 93 entrances and exits and 53 groups of wind pavilions have been capped, respectively completing 87.74% and 98.15% of the total.

There are 19 stations, 1 entrance and exit section and 2 open-cut sections on line 4 of CRC. There are 34 shield tunneling machines in the whole line, 31 of which have been down the well, and a total of 50.15% of the total shield engineering has been completed.

There are 24 stations on line 5 of CRC, 1 open-cut section and 2 access section, and the main structure has been capped. There are 33 shield tunneling machines on the whole line, 28 of which have been down the well, 26 of which have been carried out tunneling construction, and 67.41% of the total shield engineering has been completed.

So far, the construction of hefei rail transit is progressing smoothly.
