These actual conditions bring great tests to the shield construction.
      In order to ensure safe and smooth tunneling, on the one hand, the project department carried out targeted transformation on the shield machine, adopting 45 brand-new replaceable tearing knives and 34 shield tail brushes to conduct all-round inspection, maintenance and maintenance of each system of the shield machine, so as to provide technical guarantee for the equipment.
      On the other hand, the project department established a special team for initiating the project in a timely manner to follow up and arrange the progress of various projects of initiating the project, so as to ensure that the transformation mode of shield tunneling machine, drawing filing and joint review were in place successively. Up to the day before initiating the project, 13 main control projects and 5 general projects qualified for acceptance were successfully passed. In addition, the project department also formulated a detailed emergency plan and carried out a special emergency drill for water and sand gushing at the gate where the shield was launched to ensure the safety of the initial launch.
      The beginning of the shield section of the hulvright-right line means that the traffic between the lake and lvdao lake will soon be put on the agenda, which is also a key step to ensure the scheduled opening and operation of foshan metro line 2 phase 1 project.
