The left line of "huayi" shield section of hefei rail transit line 4 was successfully completed

On November 13, with the shield machine breaking through the ground at the southern end of yining road station, the left line of shield tunnel between huashan road station and yining road station of hefei rail transit line 4 was successfully completed, becoming the 29th single-line tunnel of line 4.

The shield section is laid in a straight line from south to north along the li kou route from huashan road station. The length of the left line is 955.505 meters, the thickness of overburden is about 7.5 ~ 12.7 meters, and the maximum slope is 20.5‰. From the south to the north, the shield machine mainly runs through the residential housing area of jiada ying village, and runs through the large farmland and other risk sources on the north side of langxi road after the viaduct. Therefore, the construction is difficult.

In order to ensure the smooth advance of shield machine, city rail group led by the contractors deployment, actively implement the "safety ZhiLiangNian" activities organized experts, making all kinds of special plan, strictly control the driving posture, optimize the tunneling parameters, strengthen the construction of monitoring and measurement, omni-directional to control rail traffic engineering construction safety, quality, progress. Finally, it took 105 days to successfully realize the completion of the left line of shield section from huashan road station to yining road station.

Up to now

The main structure of the 31 stations on line 4 has been capped by 24 stations. Of the 34 shield tunneling machines on the whole line, 33 have been down the well, and 21 are under construction, completing 57% of the total shield engineering.
