The right line of "guanji section" of hefei rail transit line 5 was smoothly completed

On the afternoon of November 24, the right line between the guantang access section of hefei metro line 5 and the jiqiao road station area was smoothly transited.

The length of the right line between the access line of guantang and the station area of jiqiao road is 1392 meters. Shield section construction needs to go through the viaduct of fuyang north road, the main gas pipeline, water pipeline, high voltage cable well and other important risk sources.

In order to successfully complete the target of the interconnecting node of the tunnel in the interval, before the construction, the municipal railway group organized experts to demonstrate for many times, improved various special construction plans, comprehensively sorted out the previous construction experience of the shield tunnel interval, and carried out a detailed inspection of the shield tunneling machine and supporting equipment to ensure the safety and stability of the mechanical equipment. During the construction process, the municipal railway group required the construction unit to strengthen the ground monitoring, implement the 24-hour on-duty system of construction site leaders, improve the material and equipment planning, overcome the difficulties of dregs and other external transportation difficulties, and finally successfully complete the task and goal of the section tunnel connection, to create favorable conditions for the follow-up project to accelerate the construction.

Up to now, the main structure of line 5 has been capped with 28 stations, 1 open-cut section and 2 access and exit sections. Of the 33 shield tunneling machines across the line, 28 shield tunneling machines have been lowered into Wells, and 26 shield tunneling machines have been used for tunneling construction, accounting for 72.56% of the total number of shield tunneling projects.
