The first shield tunnel of shenzhen rail transit line 12 was completed
On April 2, shenzhen metro line 12, the "pioneer wu" shield tunnel machine from the line 12 science and technology station shield tunnel receiver well broken out of the wall. This marks the smooth connection of the right line and the first shield tunnel section of the whole line of the kohai section (science and technology museum station - east station of the ocean garden). This is also the longest shield tunnel interval in the fourth phase of shenzhen rail transit project.
The right line of the shield tunnel in the kohai region is 1470.7 meters long, and it needs to pass through residential areas, fish ponds and scenic spots on the sea.
Kehai shield tunnel is a demonstration site of shield tunnel observation on shenzhen metro line 12. In the process of shield tunneling, the remote monitoring system of shield tunneling was used to record various parameters in detail and transmit them to the ground monitoring system in a timely manner, so as to facilitate the scientific grasp of the dynamics of shield tunneling and accumulate a lot of data and rich experience for subsequent similar projects. To this end, cohai region is equipped with the battery car voice alarm system, to ensure that the battery car in the taxi process in advance to predict the dead line of sight information, greatly reduce the battery car collision caused by the lack of vision. At the same time, equipped with the hoisting voice alarm device, using the red and green signals to timely feedback the tunnel danger information, to ensure the safe and controllable lifting of shield materials. In addition, the cohai area is a pilot area for the scum treatment of shield tunneling on metro line 12. By establishing a scum treatment facility, the separation of scum and mud water can be promoted to achieve a good effect of environmental protection and reuse.
Up to now, 29 shield tunnels have been drilled on the whole line, of which 23 have started their excavation, with a total tunneling distance of 7,642 meters, 16% of the design amount, 3,575 meters of the initial excavation of the mining method tunnel, 44% of the design amount, and 23% of the main structure of the station.
