Recently, the ningju intercity rail transit project ushered in the first major construction node after the resumption of work, east street station ~ jurong station interval left line "eight bureau 40" shield machine smoothly started.
The project of ningju intercity rail transit ds6-ta02 standard 4 working area includes 1 station and 2 intervals, which are respectively dongdajie station, yangtang road station to dongdajie station, and dongdajie station to dongju station, with a total distance of 3.786 km.
The shield tunnel interval between dongdajie station and dongju station is 1352.862 m long, and it is constructed by earth-pressure balanced shield tunneling machine. It will start from the southern end of dongdajie station, go south along ninghang south road, go down through jurong river, and pass through jurong river bridge, then dig into the shield tunnel to receive and lift out. There are 1 connecting channel and 1 connecting channel and pump station in the section, which are constructed by mine method.
It is understood that the geological situation of the left line of dong-ju shield tunnel is complex, and the surface of the tunnel is generally filled with artificial soil. The covering layer below the fill is mainly soft plastic to hard plastic silty clay, silty clay with silty soil, and crushed stone silty clay. The underlying bedrock is highly weathered and moderately weathered silty mudstone, highly weathered and moderately weathered tuff breccia. The left side door is mainly located in silty clay with silty soil and silty soil with silty sand.
In order to achieve the initial conditions, the project department strictly implemented the principle of "early planning, early preparation and early implementation", effectively completed the downhole assembly and debugging of the shield tunneling machine, and formulated a complete emergency plan for the possible risks of water and mud gushing at the tunnel door when the left line started, and organized a number of emergency drills to ensure the smooth start of the shield tunneling machine. It is reported that the right line of dongju shield is also making final preparations before the start of construction, and it is expected to be assembled in early may.
