The "pioneer" shield machine started from the east end of qinglian street station on March 15, followed qinxin road to the east, and went through the restored new stem pump station through the water tank culvert, and arrived at luotang road station. The single-track tunnel is about 700 meters long and lasted 56 days.

The 4th section of the project is located in the west yanzhong section of line 2, including the underground luutang rainwater tank culvert, the longwang street bridge, the underground S3 line (ninghe intercity) operation line, the underground rebuilt new stem pump station through the water tank culvert and other major risk sources, which is the most difficult section of the entire shield construction.
