The maluan bay section of xiamen rail transit line 6 was successfully completed

The length of this section is about 7600 meters. The tunneling task of the cross-sea tunnel has been completed successfully. Forward center of rail transit line 6 to jimei between island station (hereinafter referred to as "horse set interval") and jimei island station to west coast road station (hereinafter referred to as "set between west") between the total length of about 7600 meters, has four forward bay waters under wear, began excavating in December 2018, that horse set tunnel has last August 2 double penetration.

In the construction process, there are many difficulties in the construction of the cross-sea tunnel of "ma ji interval" and "ji xi interval", such as crossing the sea area of maluan bay, crossing the sand layer, shallow overburden section, isolated rock section, and crossing the comprehensive pipe corridor and pipelines.

To overcome the difficulties, the xiamen municipal party committee municipal government, city rail transit construction headquarters under the leadership of xiamen, in conjunction with the orbital group contractors deepen the technology first, set up a shield monitoring command center, all-round, all-weather control of shield tunneling, take control of the grouting parameters and strengthening management measures, such as the safety, quality, progress, etc to get good control. After a period of 530 days, the tunnel in the maluan bay section of line 6 was finally completed. At present, the main structure of the maluan bay section of line 6 (4 stations and 3 sections) has been completed.
