"Yuehai no. 44", the first shield machine in the main tunnel of the Pearl River Delta Water Resources allocation Project, starts

On June 26, 6.28 meters in diameter, total length of 91 meters, weighing more than 500 tons of a large bay area of guangdong, the pearl river delta configuration of water resources the main tunnel is the first project of shield machine, "guangdong 44", in D2 label SZ29-1 officially starting work well, marks the national major water conservancy project formally entered the stage of main water conveyance tunnel of shield construction, new horn plays engineering construction.

As one of the first key tender sections of the Pearl River Delta Water resources allocation project, D2 tender for civil construction has been attracting much attention. The section starts from the entrance of the water conveyance tunnel of Shenzhen Luotian Reservoir, runs down the mountain of Shenzhen Luotian Forest Park, and passes through the northern core area of Shenzhen from deep underground.

The section, with a total length of 10.39 km and a designed water flow rate of 30 m3 / s, is expected to be completed in 2024, including 1 drilling-blast water conveyance tunnel, 1 shield water conveyance tunnel, 2 working Wells, 1 pressure regulating well, 1 traffic tunnel overhaul, additional luotian tunnel entrance facilities and other supporting works.

The shield tunneling section is located at the easternmost end of The Pearl River Delta Water resources allocation Project D2. The shield section is 3437 meters long, with a slope of 0.05%, a minimum turning radius of 500 meters, and a maximum buried depth of 34 meters and a minimum buried depth of 19 meters. In the process of tunneling, it will pass through the upper soft stratum and the lower hard stratum and face many challenges such as the attitude control of shield tunneling.

Assume the task of the tunneling construction of the "guangdong 44" is tailored for engineering and meticulously "super" equipment, by the knife dish, shield, section 1 equipment of bridge and section 6 pallet, armed with 18-inch hob, known as "super axe", has a strong ability of broken rock, the biggest driving speed 80 mm per minute, mainly adopts hydraulic drive mode, can satisfy the complex fracture zone and weathered rock strata excavation requirements. After its departure on June 26, the shield tunneling mission is expected to be completed in May 2022.
