On the other hand, the construction unit, China Railway Guangzhou Metro Branch 3 (China Railway No.3 Bureau), increases the input of materials, machinery, materials and personnel in advance, and according to the safe construction organization plan, explores and marks the risk sources along the line in advance to strengthen the safety control during the construction. At the same time, the subway builders earnestly summarizes the construction experience of shield interval has been completed, the encryption of shield tunneling process monitoring, control, strictly control the various parameters in the process of excavation, strengthen the integral improvement, synchronous grouting, the segment assembling, such as process management, and use of shield remote monitoring system to realize the informationization construction, for the safety of shield tunneling to provide comprehensive protection. During the crossing of Line 21 by shield tunneling machine, Guangzhou Metro arranged monitoring personnel to inspect the construction area for 24 hours and automatically monitored the horizontal and vertical displacement of the tunnel from Tianhe Park to Tangdong on Line 21. With the joint efforts of all parties involved, the shield tunneling machine is guaranteed to achieve "zero error" accurately.
Up to now, the civil engineering of Line 11 has completed 35%. Of the 32 stations, two have been completed and opened, one is in preliminary preparation, and the other 29 are under civil construction.
