The shield of "Longxing" of Shaoxing Metro Line 1 started off smoothly
Recently, the shield of "Longxing" of Shaoxing Subway Line 1 has started successfully, which marks that the shield tunneling stage of No.13 of Shaoxing Subway Line 1 has officially entered the stage.
The excavation diameter of "Longxing" shield tunneling machine starting from The section of Shaoxing Subway Line 1 (Yanghe Road station - Jianhu Town Station) is 6.9 meters. The total length of the shield body and supporting equipment is about 86 meters and weighs about 630 tons. The maximum propulsion speed is about 60 mm per minute, which is greatly improved compared with the manual tunneling speed. The whole process, such as the advance of shield, excavation and assembling of pipe segments, is automated, and the tunnel is formed once, which reduces the risk of collapse and the impact on ground traffic and facilities.
Total length of 960 meters, the shield interval plan period 66 days, to ensure the smooth starting the shield machine, the project department of shield interval geological conditions, underground pipeline and other structures and surface surroundings do a lot of research, aiming at shaoxing typical soft soil quality, adaptability of shield machine cutter, increase the cutter opening ratio, to make it easier to advance in the soil.
Shaoxing Subway Line 1 is the first subway line in Shaoxing and is a key supporting project for the 2022 Asian Games in Hangzhou. Since the start of the project, the project department has overcome multiple difficulties and done a good job in both prevention and control of the epidemic and resumption of work and production. It has completed a total of 138,000 square meters of earthwork excavation, 11,000 tons of steel reinforcement processing and binding, and 82,000 square meters of concrete pouring, with an output value of 500 million yuan.
