The left line of "Da-hua" section of Hefei Rail Transit Line 4 has been completed successfully

On the morning of September 9th, with the "Fenfa No.1" shield tunneling machine, the left line of the shield tunneling section between Daqiang Road Station and Huashan Road station of Hefei Rail Transit Line 4 was successfully completed.

The left line shield tunneling machine of "Dahua" section starts from Daqiang Road Station, runs along Longchuan Road from west to east, and arrives at Huashan Road Station after 1500m and 350m curves, with a total length of 1380.182m and a total of 919 rings.

In the process of shield tunneling, The Municipal Railway Group led all participating units to organize the construction carefully and study various schemes carefully, overcoming the difficulties of earth transportation, coVID-19 impact, small radius curve tunneling and so on. During the tunneling process, shield attitude and tunneling axis are strictly controlled, shield construction parameters are closely observed, slag discharge and grouting amount are controlled, timely rectifying deviation is achieved, and the assembly quality of formed tunnel segments is guaranteed, and the joint target of interval penetration is successfully completed.

Up to now, there have been 30 stations, 1 access section and 2 open cut sections in the whole line of Line 4 to complete the capping of the main structure. 86.3% of shield tunneling projects have been completed; A total of 22.7 kilometers of track was laid.
