It successively passes through complex strata such as sandy silty soil, silt clay and local riprap, etc. In addition, it is constructed in riverside rich water for a long distance, with many technical control measures and great difficulty. In order to ensure the smooth start-up of the shield tunneling machine, the shield construction team summarized the experience of the first shield tunneling, made advance planning, optimized resource allocation, and formulated a safe and efficient shield tunneling guarantee plan. On the basis of the great difficulty of vertical grouting of the cave door, measures such as horizontal grouting of the cave door, protection pile of the cave door, strengthening the precipitation management of the end well, strengthening the reaction system and so on are actively added, which provide strong technical support for the smooth starting of the shield in the sandy land layer.
