Shanghai Rail Line 18 Phase II EIA public
April 13, Shanghai Rail Transit Line 18 Phase II project environmental impact statement for public opinion solicitation (the first public EIA).
Of Shanghai rail transit line 18, the second phase is the "near future construction plan of urban rapid rail transit in Shanghai (2010-2015)" line 18 in the north, it will support the construction of wusong city innovation, and other important areas along the city's economic and social development, and strengthen the contact of yangpu district, the pudong new area of baoshan district, promote the coordinated development of regional interaction. It will relieve the pressure of regional road traffic and improve the urban traffic structure and environment; We will further improve the network function and optimize the network structure.
The second phase of Line 18 is located in Baoshan District, starting from Toujing (excluding) at the north end of South Changjiang Road Station, the terminus of the first phase of the project. It follows South Changjiang Road ~ Yujiang Xiang Road ~ Tieshan Road ~ Hulan Road ~ Wenzaobang Road, and finally reaches Dakang Road Station, with conditions reserved for extending to Dachang Airport.
Main project is about 8.1 km long, all for the underground line, a total station, the Yangtze river west road station, south road Jiang Yang south road station, love fai road station, hulan road station, road station six station sport (all are influences &styles, average station spacing of 1.352 km, hulan road station and transfer, both line 1 Jiang Yang south road station and line 19 transfer line, reserved and planning 24 transfer conditions. A new Miaohang parking lot (in line with Hulan Road Station), covering an area of about 20.2ha; New Jiangyang South Road Main Transformer (located in the northwest of Jiangyang South Road Station, sharing resources with the planned Line 19 Main Transformer). No new operation control center will be built in this project. The control center is set in the "Shanghai Rail Transit Network Operation Dispatch Management Building" in Puhuitang base, which is consistent with the first phase of the project. This project adopts 6 type A marquee cars, the maximum running speed of the train is 80km/h. The total project investment is estimated to be about 13.136 billion yuan. The total construction period is currently planned for 61 months.
