Qingdao Metro Line 4 Cuofu section tunnel through
At 18:00 on May 15th, the TBM tunnel on the right line between Cuobuling Station and Fuzhou Road Station (Cuofu Station) of Qingdao Metro Line 4 was successfully opened, as the huge cutter head of "Model No." was broken out, marking the smooth completion of the fourth section of the project.
This area is located in the section of Liaoyang West Road, Shibei District, Qingdao City, with an overall east-west direction and a terrain high in the east and low in the west. The total length of the section is 554.182 meters, including the tunneling section of 441.526 meters, and the buried depth of the line is about 29.0 ~ 31.0 meters.
The interval tunnel is all located in the breezed granite, with the length of Ⅱ and the grade rock reaching 261.7 meters, and the uniaxial saturated pressure of the rock reaching 128 MPa. 106 tools were changed during the construction process. The faulting interval is more than 3km from the TBM origin well, and the long-distance construction has brought disadvantages such as long-distance material transportation, long-distance personnel commuting and long-distance drainage.
Under the unfavorable conditions such as high rock strength and long construction distance, the average daily footage of the fault blessing interval still reached a good result of 10 meters, which was praised by the owner.
Qingdao Metro Line 4 undertakes the heavy task of TBM construction in 5.5 sections, and the section tunnels are all constructed by double shield TBM method. Among them, the completed Haian section achieved the maximum tunneling of 32.42 m in a day, and the maximum tunneling of 151.5 m in a week, which broke the record of the highest tunneling in a day for Qingdao Metro TBM. The Ancuo section was successfully close to the existing line of Qingdao Metro Line 3, marking the successful completion of the first TBM tunnel tunnel double line under the existing line station in Shandong Province.
The right line of the section started on March 31 and was finally completed after 45 days of struggle. The left line of the section started on April 13 and is expected to be completed by the end of May.
