Shenzhen Metro Line 8 phase II yanbei section double line smoothly through
On August 11th, the shield machine cutter head of the right line of Yanbei section (namely "Yantian Road Station ~ Beishandao Station") of subway Line 8 phase II broke through the ground and reached the receiving well successfully. At this point, the north section of the double line smoothly through. This is also the first double line of line 8 phase ii.
The total length of the right line of yanbei section is about 700m. The construction method is shield tunneling, using ф 6460mm composite earth pressure balance shield machine.
In order to ensure the safe tunneling and receiving of the shield machine, the project department solved several technical difficulties such as crossing the double-support pedestrian bridge, Yantian River, rainwater tank culvert and crossing the anchor rope concentration area. In the receiving process, the shield steel sleeve reaction regulating device, pressure adding and relieving device and pressure detection device are set up to control the advance reaction force in real time and ensure that the shield machine enters the receiving sleeve smoothly. Implementation of regional grid management, "anatomy sparrow" inspection and pre-shift safety inspection and other control means, and real-time monitoring and continuous monitoring through the intelligent information command center, pre-control of driving status.
The second phase of Subway Line 8 is connected from the end of Yantian Road station, the terminus of Line 8, and extended to Xiaomeisha in the east, with a total length of about 8km. The whole line is laid underground, including four stations and four sections, all in the Yantian area. There are four stations on the line: Beishan Road station, Yantian Shijie Station, Dameisha station and Xiaomeisha station.
Up to now, the main envelope structure of the four stations on the whole line has been completed, the earthwork excavation has been completed 100%, the main structure has been completed 98%, and the interval shield has been completed 15%. Among them, two stations (Beishandao station and Xiaomeisha station) have been capped, two shield tunnels (left and right lines of Yanbei section) have been completed, and five of the seven shield tunnels have started.
