The second phase of Shenzhen Metro Line 8 project, right line TBM of Yanda section, started smoothly
On November 11th, with the slow rotation of TBM cutter, the right line TBM of Yantian Shijie Station to Dameisha Station of Shenzhen Metro Line 8 Phase ii project started smoothly, and the double-line operation of Yantian section officially began.
The section between Yantian Shijie Station and Dameisha Station is the third (longest) shield construction section of Shenzhen Metro Line 8 Phase II No.1 Work Area project. The right line is 2881.869m in length. Starting from Yantian Shijie Station, yanmei Road, Yanba Expressway, Yangang East Overpass, Dameisha tunnel, Meishawan Villa and other constructions are successively constructed. The construction process will face technical difficulties such as high head pressure and crossing the fault zone. During the period, the main transiting geology is breezefied granite, moderately weathered cataclastic rock, moderately weathered granite, etc., which has the characteristics of complex geological structure and variable lithology.
Up to now, all the four stations of The Second phase of Shenzhen Metro Line 8 have been capped, and 33% of the shield construction has been completed. The north salt interval has been connected with two lines, and the north salt interval, the large salt interval and the large salt interval have carried out three lines of operation, of which 65% of the north salt interval, 7% of the large salt interval and 31% of the large salt interval have been completed.
