The TBM lifting well in front of Xiawangbu Station of Qingdao Metro Line 2 Phase II project has successfully passed the acceptance of commencement conditions

On November 17, 2022, the TBM lifting well in front of Xiawangbu Station, Phase II project of Qingdao Metro Line 2 successfully passed the acceptance of commencement conditions. The acceptance was organized by Qingdao Metro Group First Construction Branch in the form of "online + offline".

In front of Xiawangbu Station, the surrounding area of TBM lifting out well is dense, with complicated underground pipelines and numerous merchants around it. Therefore, the work of pipeline relocation and flow diversion in the early stage is difficult. Since the site entered the site, the First Construction Branch has organized the construction unit to overcome the difficulties of complex external conditions and multiple underground pipelines, optimize the construction organization, refine the procedures, actively communicate with all parties, and steadily carry out various works, successively completing the green space migration, pipeline cutover, traffic guidance, preliminary construction and other related work. It provides a prerequisite for the smooth operation of the plant.

In the next step, the First Construction Branch will organize relevant units to "build a world-class subway" as the guidance, to "safety, quality, efficiency, green, wisdom, harmony" as the goal, advance planning, close deployment, under the premise of ensuring safety and quality, speed up the construction progress, to ensure the high quality and efficient completion of the project.
