The main structure of open-cut section of Guangzhou-Zhuhai (Macao) section of T3 rail transit hub of Guangzhou Airport is capped
Recently, as the last concrete has been successfully poured, the main structure of Guangzhou-Zhuhai (Macau) section of the T3 transit hub rail transit Reservation Project (hereinafter referred to as "T3 rail transit hub"), which is being constructed by Guangzhou Metro Group, has been successfully capped, marking a significant progress in the construction of the project and laying a solid foundation for the completion of the annual target.
The open-cut foundation pit of Guangzhu-Macao section of T3 rail transit hub is 346 meters long, 16.6 meters wide, 20 meters deep, and the roof thickness is 1 meter. The finished pouring roof length of 54 meters, one-time pouring concrete square volume of about 1417 cubic meters, the thickness of 1 meter, using two day pumps at the same time, the pouring volume of about 45 cubic meters per hour, 16 hours to complete.
It is understood that the open-cut section of Guangzhou-Zhuhai (Macao) section intersects with the beginning of Guanghe inter-city shield, crossing the existing southeast drainage canal and Tugangkeng River, passing through soft soil layer and fracture zone, underground karst development is strong, karst caves are dense, and the environment is complex. It is the area with the greatest difficulty in construction organization, the most concentrated coordination content and the most complex relocation. During the construction process, Guangzhou Metro Group overcame difficulties such as river channel reconstruction, road relocation and extreme weather, successfully completed the main structure capping, and pressed the "acceleration button" for the construction of T3 rail transit hub.
T3 rail transit hub is the first "two high-speed rail, two intercity" hub project in China, which is a major measure to promote air and rail combined transport of Baiyun Airport. Upon completion, it will work together with Baiyun Airport Terminal T3 Comprehensive Transportation Center to build a globally competitive "zero transfer and integrated" air and rail intermodal transport hub, making positive contributions to promoting the high-quality development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and implementing the deployment of national transportation powerhouse.
