Shanghai City Railway Airport Link line 13 "Jianshun" shield machine successfully completed the start
Recently, the city-area railway airport link, which is invested and constructed by Shanghai Shentie and contracted by Shanghai Construction Engineering, ushered in new progress in construction. Airport link line 13 "Jianshun" shield machine successfully completed the start.
The 13 standard project is located in Zhuqiao Town, Pudong New Area, with a total length of 5.7 kilometers, including Pudong Airport working well, south ramp pier replacement, section tunnel and related ancillary works. With the successful completion of the 9-meter-class air-cushion mud-water balancing shield machine "Jianshun", the shield construction phase officially entered the terminal area between the Pudong Airport Station and the planned Terminal 3.
Among them, between the Pudong Airport station and the planned T3 terminal station area, the left and right double lines are about 3.03 kilometers long, the tunnel is a "V" slope, the tunnel roof is buried 12.11 meters to 51 meters, and two communication channels are set up. The section is constructed by two 9-meter-class mud-water pressure balancing shield machines. "Jianshun" is responsible for double-line tunneling between Pudong Airport Station and Pudong Airport working well, and right-line tunneling between Pudong Airport working well and the planned Terminal T3 station area.
The working well of Pudong Airport is a three-layer underground shield starting well, with a length of about 40 meters and a width of 34.9 meters. The site construction site is small and cross-operation is frequent. Faced with these unfavorable factors, the project team has repeatedly discussed the optimization of the separate shield starting scheme, and decided to innovate the construction idea, hoisting the shield main engine, connecting bridge and No. 1 truck into the well during the first assembly. After the shield main engine is driven 62 meters, the surface truck No. 2 to No. 5 is hoisted into the well, which not only solves the problem of limited hoisting of the shield machine, but also avoids the reduction of construction efficiency due to the prolongation of the transfer time of the truck.
