Guangzhou Nanzhu (middle) intercity "Iron Bing Nansha No. 2" shield machine started smoothly
Recently, Nanzhu (middle) intercity shield construction has made new progress, "Tiebing Nansha No. 2" shield machine in the shield shaft of Wanqingsha Station started smoothly, marking the construction of the left line shield tunnel from the shield shaft to the Wanqingsha section of the 100,000 section (between the ten Chung and Wanqingsha area). "Tie Bing Nansha No. 1" responsible for the right line shield tunnel tunneling in the area also successfully completed the node task of crossing the existing operating subway line access section line.
It is reported that the geological conditions between the 100,000 zone shield shaft and the Wan Qing sand area are complex, and the formation is dominated by shallow covered silt and weak formation, high viscous silty clay, and large buried deep water-rich sand layer. The "Tiebing Nansha No. 2", which is responsible for the construction of the left line in this area, needs to pass through the Wanqingsha access section line of the first section of the existing metro Line 18, the residential buildings and the water area in a close distance after starting from the shield tunnel of Wanqingsha Station, which requires very high technical parameters of shield tunneling.
Due to the lack of space for the existing shield shaft, the full formation of the shield shaft could not be realized. Guangzhou Metro, China Railway Jianhua South Construction, the general contractor of the construction, and China Railway 20th Bureau, the construction unit, coordinated and promoted the shield shaft starting work, and studied and formulated the separate shield machine starting plan, that is, the front end of the shield machine was first hoisted down the well, and the supporting trolley of the shield machine was placed on the ground. The 140m extension pipeline is connected with the shield tunneling machine, and after the shield tunneling machine is driven forward to leave space for the shield tunneling machine, the supporting trolley is hoisted into the well to connect, effectively solving the problem of small starting space and ensuring the smooth starting of the left line shield tunneling machine.
The "Tie Bing Nansha No.1", which is responsible for the 2.166 km excavation task of the right line in the area, started on June 30, 2023, and with the completion of the 186th ring assembly of the right line in the area, the "Tie Bing Nansha No.1" shield machine successfully completed the underpass task. At present, the right line has been dug 297.6 meters.
Up to now, the civil construction of the Guangzhou section of Nanzhu (Middle) intercity (Guangzhou Wanqingsha Station - Zhongshan Xingzhong Station) has been completed by 8%, and civil construction has been carried out at all the 3 stations. Among the 3 sections, 2 sections have been carried out civil construction, and the remaining 1 has been prepared for construction. Of the 9 stations in Zhongshan section, 4 are undergoing civil construction and 5 are undergoing preliminary preparation; Of the nine sections, two are undergoing civil construction and the rest are undergoing preliminary preparations.
