Chongqing Rail Transit Line 27 is 56 kilometers long, with 15 stations, including 13 transfer stations. The project started construction in November 2021 and is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2026. From Bishan Station to Huimin Station, the rail transit Line 27 project efficiently connects Bishan District, High-tech Zone, Shapingba District, Jiulongpo District, Yuzhong District, Nanan District and Banan District. The Yangtze River Tunnel is located in the section between Chongqing Station and Nanbin Road Station of Rail transit Line 27, which is a control node project of the whole line.
