The first floor of the north section of the Haitai Yangtze River Tunnel has been poured
On March 14, after more than 10 hours of pouring operations, the first floor of the north section of the Haitai Yangtze River Tunnel was successfully poured, opening the prelude to the construction of the main structure of the tunnel project.
The foundation pit of Jiangbei section of Haitai Yangtze River Tunnel has a total length of 945 meters, which is composed of three parts: working well, follow-up section and open-cut section. The first floor of the pouring is located in the open-cut and buried section, with a length of 20 meters, a width of 35.5 meters, and a thickness of 1.4 meters. A total of 1061 cubic meters of concrete were poured, and the total pouring area reached 710 square meters.
Before the construction of the first floor pouring, the project construction team planned in advance, scientifically deployed, formulated feasible construction plans, detailed each time point, each link, each process, and actively organized construction teams to carry out construction technology, safety technology and other content disclosure. During the pouring process, the system management of the process is fully implemented, the on-site construction organization is optimized, and key indicators such as concrete construction mix ratio and slump degree as well as key vibratory processes are strictly controlled to ensure the quality of concrete pouring. At the same time, the "intelligent security risk management and control" platform is used to monitor the human, mechanical and physical conditions of the construction site in real time, which provides a strong guarantee for the safe and stable promotion of the tunnel foundation pit construction and lays the foundation for the subsequent shield construction.
