The construction of Chongqing Urban Rail Express Line 15 and Line 27 was accelerated
On June 15, Line 15 and 27 of Chongqing Urban Rail Express Line were fully promoting the application of shield dreg dry and wet separation equipment to create a green construction site and accelerate the construction of the project.
In the urban rail Express Line 27 civil construction 5 standard Shapingba station to Shiqiaopu station area, two composite TBMS are speeding up construction. The construction waste generated by the construction is recycled through the dry and wet separation equipment of the shield residue. This is also the first project in Chongqing to use the dry and wet separation of environmental protection technology on site.
According to reports, the so-called dry and wet separation equipment of shield dreg is a set of real-time treatment system of construction site dreg developed and applied according to local conditions for the limited construction site of the project, which can achieve the classification dewatering separation and drying of shield dreg, and reuse of inorganic raw materials and water resources on the construction site.
At present, the dry and wet separation equipment of shield dreg between Shapingba Station and Shiqiaomu Station on Line 27 of Urban rail Express treats 2500-3000 cubic meters of shield material every day, screens the sand and stone in the shield material according to the particle size, and cleans it as far as possible. The remaining mud is dehydrated by the filter press, and the mud cake is loaded without dripping water.
Up to now, the dry-wet separation equipment of shield dregs has been installed in 6 sections of Line 15 and Line 27 of Jiancheng Railway Express Line, and the 6 sections with installation conditions are progressing as planned.
Chongqing Communications Kaitou Railway Group said that Line 15 and 27 of the urban rail Express line are fully promoting the application of dry and wet separation equipment for shield dreg, rationally coordinating the disposal measures for shield dreg and construction waste to achieve reduced transportation, environmental protection treatment and resource utilization, which can not only greatly improve the construction efficiency, but also reduce the safety production risk of the construction site. The booster shield tunneling is "steady, accurate and fast", and the project construction is "accelerated running".
