Shanghai Metro Line 17 new member 17A02 train completed a number of key tests, commissioning into the sprint stage

Shentong Metro Group introduced, recently, Shanghai Metro Line 17 welcomed a "new member" - 17A02 train. After months of commissioning, the train has successfully completed a number of key performance tests and officially entered the sprint stage of commissioning before trial operation. In order to ensure the quality and quantity of the new car and complete the commissioning on time, the new car commissioning team carried out a comprehensive and multi-professional train static and dynamic commissioning work. Up to now, the crew professional group has completed 76 commissioning tasks for 17A02 trains. On the basis of the original functions, the 17A02 train is equipped with an energy consumption recording device, and the air quality monitoring device, MVB communication quality monitoring device and wind source quality monitoring device are installed in the passenger room, which improves the operating efficiency and ensures the comfort experience of passengers, so as to integrate safety, environmental protection and intelligence.

Since December last year, the new trains on Line 17 have entered the batch delivery and commissioning phase. Ten new cars have all completed static debugging, and all functions have met the design requirements.

After the successful completion of static debugging, the debugging work of the new car has also entered the accelerated stage. The commissioning of the new car is divided into two parts: the operational performance and safety test of the existing train and the commissioning of the extended train. The crew service team of Line 17 conducted a comprehensive test on the operation performance, safety and signal system of the train.

The anti-skid test of new vehicles on Line 17 is designed to evaluate the braking performance of trains under different working conditions. Since the test was launched in mid-March this year, the crew professional group has carried out several tests and strictly recorded key data such as train speed and braking distance. In May, the Crew Service Professional group cooperated with the vehicle maintenance department to successfully complete the rescue connection test of 17A02 train on the ramp under AW3 (full load) condition, using car 1730 and car 1732 to carry out the rescue connection test on the ramp from Huijin to Zhaoxiang, respectively, conducting traction and propulsion tests. During the test, the crew professional group timely feedback problems to the maintenance unit and rectification. In June, the crew service professional group successfully completed the hot slip work of the west extension, verifying the operation status of the train under the power supply of the three rails. In addition, the crew professional group also assisted the maintenance signal branch to complete the entire line signal system upgrade task.
