The first floor of the Jiangnan section of the Haitai Yangtze River Tunnel project has been poured

On December 22, after more than 10 hours of pouring operations, the first floor of the Jiangnan section of the Haitai Yangtze River Tunnel was poured, officially opening the prelude to the construction of the main structure of the Jiangnan section.

The foundation pit of Jiangnan section of Haitai Yangtze River Tunnel has a total length of 925 meters, which is composed of three parts: working well, follow-up section and open-cut section. The first floor of the pouring is located in the open-cut and buried section, 20 meters long, 35.5 meters wide, 1.5 meters thick, and a total of 1120 cubic meters of concrete.

Before the construction, the project construction team carefully planned and scientifically deployed, accurately formulated the construction plan, detailed each link and each process, and organized the construction team to carry out the construction technology and safety technology disclosure. At the construction site, the main person in charge of the project tracked and guided the whole process, and the technical backbone experts were prepared to strictly control the key indicators such as the concrete construction mix ratio, slump, temperature control and key vibration processes, so as to ensure the safety and quality of pouring operations.
