At 2200 hours on July 20, after 245 days of construction, the shield tunneling of the upper line of the first phase of Shanghai Railway Line 18 successfully completed a tunnel entrance in the head well of the north end of Jiangpu Road station in the section between Jiangpu Road station and Fushun Road station. So far, the upstream tunnel of Jiangpu Road and Fushun Road in the section of The upper line of Line 18 was completed.

The airport liaison line project is currently in the western section, the eastern section (the first section), and the eastern section (the later section).

The Chongming Line of Shanghai rail transit connects the central city and chongming island. Through connecting the major towns and cities of the two islands along the route and important functional groups in Pudong area, chongming will be connected to the rail transit network in the central urban area to promote the linkage development between the two islands and the fast connection with the urban area. The routes of the first phase of the project are Jinqiao Economic and Technological Development Zone of Pudong New Area, Waigaoqiao free trade Zone Microelectronics Industry Base, Caolu Town, Changxing Town of Chongming District, etc.

On July 17, the shield on the right line of Shenzhen Metro Line 12 was successfully completed (i.e. Heping Station - South Exhibition Station).

On July 11, after 222 days of construction, the shield tunneling of Shanghai Metro Line 14 was completed at Pudong Dadao station. 

On July 7, the project of Shengsi to Dinghai Road from Putolu Jiashi to Donggang Road started successfully, marking that the project officially entered the construction stage of shield and began to cross the river and the sea.
