BEIJING, May 18 (Xinhua) -- China's tunneling machine "Unblocked" launched smoothly at 10 am on May 18 at the site of the Yangtze River shield crossing project on the eastern route of Russia, marking the official start of drilling of the project. This project is the shield tunneling project for oil and gas pipeline across the river, which has the longest tunneling distance, the deepest burial depth, the highest water pressure, the largest caliber and the most complicated construction environment in the world. -

Shield tunneling of the north wall and second section of Nanjing Metro Line 1
