Construction of the section from taicang to the fourth group of the Shanghai-Nantong railway began in full swing

On December 15, an event was held in Shanghai to launch the project from taicang to the fourth tuantuan section of the shanghai-nantong railway and promote the integrated development of the Yangtze river delta.

The newly built shanghai-nantong railway taicang to no.4 group project starts from nantong to anting section of shanghai-nantong railway in the north and connects with no.4 group station of pudong railway in the south, passing through taicang city under the jurisdiction of suzhou and jiading district, baoshan district, pudong new area and fengxian district in Shanghai. The total length of the line is 111.8km, including 7.3km in our province and 104.5km in Shanghai. This line adopts passenger and cargo collinear, design speed is 200km/h, construction period is 5 years.
